- If you pass away without a Will, the Master of the Court will divide your assets according to the Administration of Estates Act, and no thought would be given to your wishes.
- While all this is happening, funds for your burial and loved one’s day-to-day expenses can be frozen for months by the court if your bank accounts are in your name only.
- Think about what would happen to your children should you not appoint a guardian for them…
- Not having a Will and planning your estate, could cost your estate a lot of money, leaving little for your family.
- Not having a Will won’t guide your loved ones to a neat, practical and enforceable Will, but rather leave a legacy of disaster.
